Hannah Waddingham’s Early Life
Hannah Waddingham was born in 1974, in Wandsworth, London. Growing up her family was involved in the performing arts, her mother Mélodie Kelly being an opera singer and both of her grandparents have done similarly.
As Waddingham’s mother was an opera singer, singing was natural to her. She pursued her acting and singing career with West End and Broadway productions. As Lady of the Lake in Spamalot, she was highly praised for her portrayal of Desiree Armfeldt in Trevor Nunn’s revival of A Little Night Music.

After several years of performing in dinner theatre, Hannah Waddingham started her career as an actress on TV. High in 2009 and Marple in 2010.

When it comes to her movie career, she’s been a part of The Beautiful Game(2000-2001), Space Family Robinson(2002), Spamalot(2006-2008), A Little Night Music(2009), Into the Woods(2010), The Wizards of OZ(2011), Kiss me Kate(2012) and many more.
